Network Evaluation
In complex systems, impact happens through relationships. Network evaluation makes the invisible visible — revealing how partners are connected, where collaboration is thriving, and where gaps or bottlenecks may be limiting progress.
I provide network evaluations that support smarter strategy, stronger partnerships, and more durable change. By examining both network health and outcomes, evaluation becomes a tool for learning, alignment, and long-term sustainability. Selected examples of this work include:
I conducted a Social Network Analysis of the 22 food policy councils in the state of Kansas, measuring network connectivity between councils and connectivity with their individual community partners.
I support the Paso a Paso Network with an annual Network Health Survey, a tool that measures the Network’s purpose, performance, operations, and capacity. The Network Health survey results are used to support the Network in setting their annual work plan.
With New Venture Advisors, I led a social network analysis process to identify the central players in the Flagstaff regional food system, understand the structure of community networks, and highlight bridge organizations that connect different parts of these networks.
